We can work to heal the impact of the past in a present-centered way. I offer mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and a safe place to hold the complex experiences of life. 


I provide traditional individual talk therapy for adults. I tailor the modalities to the individual client based on their unique needs.
