Coping With the Loss of a Loved One
If someone close to you has died, you may be experiencing feelings of numbness, sadness, anger, loneliness, guilt, confusion or helplessness. You are not alone. I will be facilitating a 6-week grief group where members will share stories, learn coping skills and
self-care, and find support in a safe and confidential space. The group starts on May 21, 2015, and a commitment to attend the full program is important. Please contact me for a brief phone screening to make sure the group is a good fit for you.
